None of the images on the "Nude Woman Art" web site are royalty free. All rights are reserved and all images are rights managed.

All images must be licensed for any use except viewing on this site or on your computer using one of our authorized screensavers.

We judge requests to license our images by considering the media, use, size, file type, placement, duration, geographic location and language where the image will be used and other factors.

We use the same factors to calculate the license fee.

A license is for a specific use and cannot be used for any purpose other than that specified by the license.

In some cases, licensed images can be downloaded online but expect the files to range in size from 30-50 MB. Downloads are arranged after you pay for your purchase and we have your completed rights agreement in our possesion. Image downloads are not automatically and immediately enabled but can usually be arranged within 24 hours if the need is urgent.

In the images we allow to be licensed, every person shown has signed a model release giving consent for his or her likeness to be used for commercial purposes, including advertising, publishing, promotion and other uses.

Also, in the images we allow to be licensed, the owners of the properties shown in our images have signed a property release giving consent for the image depicting his or her property to be used for commercial purposes, including advertising, publishing, promotion and other uses.

You can buy a copy of a model release(s) and/or a property release(s) for any of our images if you need documentary evidence of a model's and/or property owner's permission to use the image within the guidelines of the license agreement you have purchased. No special rights or privileges are associated with buying a copy of a release.

We sell certified translations of model and/or property releases in major languages if the original is not in English.

The copies we provide of model and/or property releases are digital scans of the original document signed by the model or property owner. However, to protect the privacy of the model or property owner some personal details may be blacked out. The full original releases are on file with Wisamunmuang Sitthiket, the photographer.

All images displayed on Nude-Woman-Art.com are watermarked and otherwise identified with copyright information to prevent theft. Licensed images are NOT watermarked.

All orders are shipped from Bangkok.

All packages are shipped "signature required". We allow shipment to post office boxes.
